This is an abandoned old factory building located in Nanhui, a suburb of Shanghai, with a construction area of about 900 square meters. After renovation, it has become a "super garage" that includes a car modification club, a supercar showroom, and a blend of ecological leisure, office and social scenes.

The structural challenge is that the additional floor is suspended from the roof of the light steel factory building.
