STAAD 出来的模型，模型没问题，得到最大值，拉力=9710KN，剪力=900KN，弯矩=300KN.m
采用24个M36螺栓，等级10.9，底板厚36mm，有加劲板。

第一次做，心虚得很，期望有高手可以告诉我附图的节点及计算是否有问题。

Now Nt for tensile force ,V for shear,M for bending

then the max uplift force for anchor bolt is

Nt/24+M*ymax/sigma(yi^2)=Nt (final),

i suggest that you just consider the 95% uplift capacity of anchor bolt.

for base plate and top plate,modeling it as a plate with boundary conditon of 3 fixed and 1 free is welcomed.

Let the shear key take the charge of V.

for stiffner,it bears compressive force,so just refer to relevant code
