1. Make a model in SAP2000
2. Export the model in S2K format (FILE << Export)
3. Run My program (same location where you saved the S2K file)
4. follow on screen instructions
5. Press enter
6. Same location you will find the converted StaadFile. :)

The program I uploaded last time had few bugs. I fixed them and again upload version 1.1.0. Please use this version. I tested the program and found working fine. If you find the bugs please inform me. Your feedback/suggestion is always welcome.
