Skyspan was formed in 1998 by the acquisition and combination of five of the world’s leading structural membrane companies. The roots of Skyspan are therefore well-established and comprise the best in the business, with many decades of combined experience in the international structural membrane business. Since 1998, building on the synergies of all the companies in the Group, Skyspan has gone from strength to strength, winning a series of prestigious projects in Europe, China, South America, Australia, India, the Middle East and the Far East.

Such features offer creative opportunities for retail, municipal, exhibition, resort and leisure projects.   
The Tension Span[$reg] range of Flexshade[$reg] Standard, Quartet, Lotus[$reg] and Hypar are pre-engineered small membrane structures for any shade application.  These span from 2.5m to 10m.  
Professional expertise, proven fabric performance and over 20 years of membrane structure experience have gained Tension Span[$reg] projects many awards; notably two IFAI International Outstanding Achievement Awards.
